Snell said on MSNBC’s The Beat with Ari Melber, “The benefits what makes this a little different than many other cases. The big point that should be done here is this is the first round. The first entry or whatever sports metaphor you want to use, This is just the beginning. This is not the main event, no event close to the main event. They will bring, I think, a Surgically driven case here. They know they can win and get accusations against Trump ORorganization, probably in a number of individuals. I think Weissberg is the main objective.”
These charges seem like a tactic to break Trump’s inner circle. DA Vance has spent years in this investigation to find nothing but tax-related benefit violations.
The impeachment is a way to financially cripple Trump as prosecutors compile his bank and tax fraud cases. Trump and his henchmen in the Republican Party will try to play down the indictment as a “witch hunt.” and small potatoes, but there is much more to come.
Vance’s investigation is methodical and focuses on the goal of holding members of the Trump Organization accountable for decades of crimes. Next week’s indictments are just the beginning of Trump paying for his crimes.
